Tenambit Medical Centre is NOT a bulk billing practice.
Full payment of the fee is required at the time of consultation.
Bulk billing of consultation is at the discretion of the treating Doctor.
First NON-ATTENDANCE for existing patients results in a warning
following NON-ATTENDANCE FEES are as below

Subsequent NON-ATTENDANCE FEE | $98 (NO Rebate) |
NON-ATTENDANCE on an initial new patient appointment will result in you immediately being banned from the practice.
Consumable fee $30 – No rebate. Applied to all dressing and procedural appointments.
Transfer of Records to a different Medical Practice $30.00 – no rebate
Copy of own medical records – Contact the practice manager, price varies depending on the size of the file.

Other consultations such as some procedures and tests have different or additional fees. Some of these fees may require to be paid at a date later than your consultation. Please enquire at reception or with your GP as to what these fee are.
Please note: some consultations are NOT eligible for a Medicare rebate. These include workers compensation, insurance medicals and forms, work medicals and some drivers license medicals. Please enquire at reception as to what these fees are.
Please be aware that Dr Cameron Smith requires all of his work cover patients to pay for their consultations upfront and claim back from their insurer themselves.
